What we build
Four parts. Three of them work alone.
MELD Studio
A recording studio in a browser tab. Record, arrange on a timeline, mix with a parametric EQ you drag by its curve, and export a lossless WAV. Press one button for a demo song built in your browser. Nothing installed, nothing uploaded.
Open the studio → Mastering · live nowMELD Master
Drop a track in, master it to a streaming target, and hear it against the original at matched loudness. Runs entirely in your browser — your audio never leaves your machine.
Open it → Collaboration · betaMELD Jam
Play live with another musician anywhere, connected directly and tuned so the audio always wins. It needs somebody on the other end, so it is at its best arranged with someone rather than walked into cold.
Jam now → Social · first versionMELD Social
Where people using MELD publish what they have made, and where the next jam usually starts. Find other musicians by name, add them as friends, play what they posted, and like, comment on and repost it. Message them directly. A free account, and the only step that uploads anything.

Record, finish, release.

01
Record it
Press Record, play, press it again. What you get out is the samples that came off the microphone, not a compressed copy. Then build it up across as many lanes as your machine has memory for.
-
02
Master it
Measured to BS.1770‑4, limited to a true peak of −1 dBTP, and played back against your original at matched loudness — so you are judging the work rather than the volume.
-
03
Release it
Export a lossless WAV and it is yours, or post it to MELD Social and decide who can hear it. Nothing leaves your machine until you press that button.
